Heaven Sent Bed and Breakfast offers a lovely alternative to hotels, motels and other lodging accommodations. Heaven Sent Bed and Breakfast is located next to Anastassia Events and occupies the former rectory.

Heaven Sent Bed and Breakfast is a gorgeous Colonial style home, furnished with antiques along with natural beauty unsurpassed.This historic home has nine foot ceilings, hardwood moldings and trim and stone fireplaces.Our Bed and Breakfast guests are offered a choice for breakfast, which is is served in a formal dining room. We are located at 6440 Pike Street in Portageville, New York.

Situated on a quiet street just 1/4 mile from the main entrance of Letchworth State Park and twenty minutes from many of the areas best restaurants, shops and attractions. The addition of modern conveniences makes this a perfect get away.

We have 3 bedrooms with 1/2 baths and a shared shower along with one suite with full private bath. Our rooms are furnishedwith a mix of anitque and new furnishings and tin ceilings in two rooms. We offer a 24 hour coffee service and plenty of room to relax or get together.

 

Recreation and Recreational Facilities:

Skiing, hiking, walking, Rochester and Buffalo museums, Letchworth State Park, Stoney Brook National Park, shopping, white water rafting, hot air ballooning, bike rentals and trails, horseback riding, and swimming.

 

Room Information:

Located in the former assumption church rectory we have 3 available rooms and 1 suite. Each room is newly renovated and updated with individual characteristics. We chose to name each room for local families who supported the church over its 160 year history. Each of these families donated in many ways to the church without seeking recognition.

 

* Rooms are based on single or double occupancy. Local and state taxes will be added to room rate upon checkout.

A $15.00 per person/per night charge will apply for extra guest in a room.

Costs include a full breakfast each morning and 24 hour coffee service.

Check-in is 1:00 and check-out is 11:00.

The suite offers a king size bedroom with adjoining parlor-sitting room and full private bath and tin ceiling. The parlor has a queen sofa bed for additional guest.

The room features a queen bed, sitting/sun area and tin ceiling with mood lighting.

>> Joyce/Oulton Room: $89.00 per night *

Here we feature an antique brass bed and private 1/2 bath.

This is a quaint room with a queen bed and 1/2 bath next to it.
