We are open to catering all types of events, from business luncheons, corporate events, to all sizes of weddings and parties.

Chef and owner Michael Vasile has operated Vasiles Catering for 20 years. His commitment to customer satisfaction continues as each client is treated individually. After a personal consultation each client receives a customized menu layout to ensure their event is perfect.

In addition to catering within Anastassia Events, we work with most local bed and breakfast, Woodlynn Hills Golf Course, local parks or your backyard. We can arrange for any rental needs (i.e. tents, tables, chairs, etc) you require to create your special event.

Michael is a member of the American Culinary Federation, Rochester, NY Chapter where he has served in many positions including President. He has been honored as their Chapter Chef of the Year twice and recognized by two National ACF Presidents with The Presidents Medallion for Outstanding Commitment and Contributions to the Food Service Industry.

Along with wife and co-owner Rosalie Vasile, they head a dedicated staff waiting to assist you with your event needs. Rosalie is a past ACF member, having received the Chapter Presidents Medal and being recognized nationally for her baking skills.

We are a fully mobile caterer with several vans and trailers equipped to handle all events. Our newest trailer is a literal kitchen on wheels that is fully self sustained to prepare your menu on site if necessary.
